Hey hi hello. - Nothing motivating to say, just here to let you know I start therapy back up next week. My agoraphobia has been creeping in again. I’m writing this at the gym, on the elliptical, nervous to go to the weight section even though I’ve lifted for five years and can squat 230+lbs. - My anxiety is nowhere near where it was two years ago, when I couldn’t even drive without having panic attack, but I want to deal with it now before it gets worse. - Just sharing because y’all know I’m transparent as fuck but also as a reminder that no one has it totally figured out. Maybe it will inspire someone to seek help if they need it, because it’s okay to ask for help; it shows strength to do so, and to be willing to work on your shit. - You don’t have to go at it alone. #mentalhealth #agoraphobia #panicattacks #ptsd

Bar tako tvrdi ova mlada trenerica koja je izgubila čak 45 kilograma. Njezini su pratitelji naviknuli na fotografije iz teretane, ali ne i na one potpuno gole i to dok još nije bila u fit izdanju. Međutim, King je poslala vrlo važnu poruku.

Sharing another old picture but bare (hehe) with me because I’m going to share a shocking revelation... - I posted this photo over a year ago when I weighed around 20lbs more than I do now. I literally shared a bare-naked photo of myself, so I’m hoping we can all agree I was pretty comfortable with my body � - Now that I’ve lost 20lbs, do I love myself more? No. Do I feel more confident? No. Do I feel better? Well, yes. - It’s easier to chase Marshall around, to squat, to run a mile, to climb up stairs. - But why don’t I love myself or feel more confident now than I did then? Because my size doesn’t dictate my relationship with myself. I loved myself then just as much as I do now. - The point I want to make is: you can learn to love yourself at any size. You can get to a place where your worth is based on who you are, not what you look like. - You’re allowed to want to lose weight. You’re allowed to not want to lose weight. You’re allowed to diet. You’re allowed to not want to diet. - But in whatever you pursue, you’re allowed to love yourself through it all. I promise it is possible. You just gotta do the work.

Izgubila sam kile. Volim li se više? Ne. Imam li više samopouzdanja? Ne. Osjećam li se bolje? Pa, da. Lakše je raditi čučnjeve, trčati i hodati po stepenicama", započela je. 

"Ali zašto se ne volim više i  nemam više samopouzdanja nego prije? Zato što moja veličina ne diktira odnos sa samom sobom. Voljela sam se prije jednako kao što se volim sada.
